Newly remodelled and well-maintained rooms with refreshments topped out and nice bed, super breakfast. Nice and perfect location in Dubai close to premier Inn Dubai invastmant park, major roadworks on main highway at traffic light bottleneck and Dubai Investments Park Premier Inn.

The rooms were neat with 3 beds and had all necessary facilities. Climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television were much appreciated. I had a very nice stay for a business trip, everything was perfect.

Close to Al makhtoum airport. Very good value for money. The breakfast is really worth it (buffet for 58aed/person). Good size bathroom. Nice playground for children
Off-centre but fortunately there is the shuttle (the one at 1pm) takes you to the mall of the Emirates but for the return it's far away. Bed not very wide and single bed not made (whereas it was reserved for 2 adults and a child...)
